this is the best crispy pata i've ever tasted bar none! and i've tasted a lot! the skin is sooo crispy (best to eat it on the spot in their resto, the skin looses a little crispiness when kept in styro) and the meat literally melts in your mouth! i'm trying to figure out their marinade... a clue... pickles.
if you're from out of town, why not make your trip to navotas a gatronomic tour? dropby norma's pancit palabok/malabon (turn left after "bayan" bridge [navotas side], just ask around everyone knows where it is), the best rellenong bangus in the world is at conception market malabon (located near the rice area), dolor's kakanin (near arellano university in conception), pinsec frito (deep-fried meat bags; at desiree days, dunno if it's still open), kikiam at trece martirez hulo, the best pork bbq (perfection), grilled squid & fried rice at blue & gold restaurant in tinejeros), and many more!
