Pinoy Street Foods: Tokneneng

According to Anya-pedia (my own wikepedia *grins*), tokneneng is a hard-boiled quail egg encrusted in a flour mixture (just like your usual pancake mix) that is orange or yellow in color. Available dips are vinegar and sweet and spicy sauce. Tokneneng can be avail in every nook and corner of the Philippine archipelago.

  7. I like your 'Anyapedia'. =) Gawd, I miss tokneneng! I normally get one from Balut Eggspress in Robinson's Pioneer. I forgot to feast on this during my vacation. Dropping by from Jeanny's blog. I think I'll be back cause I love to eat, too. =)
