Looking Good on 2010

I've mentioned in my previous post my desire to look different this year, a slimmer and prettier me, perhaps. I, even, started with a new template for this blog, you know, to start the ball rolling, and to put my intense desire to have a change in looks into something productive *grins*. Well, I hope to keep my fire burning until I reach my goal for this year, wish me luck.

As of the moment, I am slowly decreasing my food intake, I switch to a more veggie-friendly diet but don't be mistaken, I still consume meat, after all, I need my protein and as I don't eat fish, I have no alternative or, at the very least, I don't wanna look on any other alternative *grins*. I am slowly shying away from rice, I have been eating less and less of my favorite grain everyday up until I can live without it, I sincerely doubt if that day will ever come but hey, there's no harm in trying. I completely let go of soda and desserts, I just don't know up to when I can resist, but I am on my fifth day and I'm still standing, so my future ain't that bleak. I am, also, trying to do the after six habit but I am failing miserably, not because I am a glutton or something but because of time constraints and a little hint of Alzheimer's on my part *lol*. Actually, I think I am doing good but sometimes when I look at the mirror and I see no obvious results after all the effort, I can't help but think of having a tummy tuck, it's a quick procedure with fast results. Personally, I've never been against surgery for aesthetic reasons, I even envy those who undergo such procedures because they have the guts and money to do so, I on the other hand, neither have the finances nor the will to do it. So for now, I'll just stick to my diet (if you can call it one)...
