Red Ribbon's Tiramisu Meltdown

>> Friday, February 12, 2010

My sister turned -- last week and to celebrate she decided to treat everyone to dinner, the whole family was complete, the eldest and the birthday celebrant, me, hubby and son, my younger brother, his wife and son, and, of course, nanay and tatay, our bunso (youngest sibling) was late but he managed to join us in time for dessert. We ate at Icebergs - Harbour Square, I wasn't able to take food photos as hubby and I were the ones who bought the cake and when we came back, the whole family's eating already and I don't wanna be rude as to stop them so I can take some shots. Anyhow, this Tiramisu cake was our gift to sissy, tsaka na yung iba kapag mayaman na ko, hahaha. Hindi masyado appetizing ung picture naalog kasi masyado iyong cake eh, kaskasero kasi iyong driver ko (si hubby, hehe), pasensya na po.

ready to blow

ang naalog na cake, hehe

I forgot how much the exact price is but I am sure it is more than 500 pesos, the junior size cost less so if you're short in the budget but wanna have a taste, go for the smaller size, I think they also sell it by the slice, but I'm not completely sure. According to the Red Ribbon website, Tiramisu Meldown is a heavenly three-layer cake of choco chiffon and cream cheese filling, dappled with a hint of coffee liquor. Choco and coffee lovers alike will love this dessert.

About Me

I am a wife to the sweetest person on Earth and a mother to the cutest baby boy in the planet. I love reading literary books but I have an addiction in contemporary/renaissance romance novels. I am a video game aficionado in the truest sense of the word. I love to travel the world, if and only given the opportunity. I don't know how to cook (but I'm slowly learning) so there's a fascination with take-outs and dine-ins. I could go on and on but I guess you had enough *lol*.
