Ensaimada/Ensaymada - P18.00Gossip: The lady who sold those ensaymada to my mother told her that it was baked by a long-time staff of Betsy's and that the recipe was kinda stolen from the cake center. I am neither confirming nor denying the matter. Uhmm, I know you love me, xoxo - gossip girl *lol*.
