Greenwich

>> Friday, January 14, 2011

Napansin ko lang puro Greenwich pala post ko, hehe, pasensya naman, yun lang kasi malapit dito sa amin eh.

My son and I had these for merienda a few weeks ago, a regular-sized Ham and Cheese pizza, just because he wants his pizza as plain as possible, no frills and add-ons; a lasagna and fried chicken meal which comes with a piece of garlic bread stick and a regular softdrinks; and an order of their newly-added offering, the onion rings, which is a far cry from that of Burger King, oh how I crave for that, teehee.

Do I need to write more, with the number of posts about this brand here in my blog, I think, my undying allegiance is already established, hehe. Price not included because the blogger/consumer didn't keep the receipt and her memory's not that brilliant anymore :)

Greenwich Ham & Cheese Square Pizza

>> Friday, November 19, 2010

I am a fan of Greenwich, that I can say, my family, unfortunately, is not. And in my practical-or-not-so mind, if you are to risk buying something that may not elicit good reviews, go for the basic, the simple the better, hence, ham and cheese pizza.

I think, I am both right and wrong, right, in picking ham and cheese, wrong, in presuming that my family is that picky, hahaha.

Still one of Greenwich's best, one of the pioneers in their menu and it is still waving the Ham & Cheese flag proudly, hahaha, that sounds weird.

Greenwich Brazo de Mercedes

>> Monday, September 6, 2010

Once upon a time, Brazo de Mercedes by Greenwich was new and undiscovered yet, but that was ages ago, I was so late in blogging about it, I guess now, it's just part of the normal Greenwich menu, downside of being old and lazy *grins*.

We bought this in a nearby mall months ago, we were on our way home when I spotted this delight in the branch's chiller display and as I am sucker for cakes and new products, I bought a piece for take home, we already had dinner in another fast food so dining in was out of the question. It cost 99php, it tasted good, it's even better than that of Goldilocks *grins*, but I don't think buying one as a dessert in a regular sched is practical, one can already have a full meal with that amount someplace else, right?

But if you're a sweet junkie and money is not a problem, I suggest you try one if you haven't already, as I've said, this pic has been in my possession months ago, so the possibility of people not knowing it is little to none.

Greenwich's Triple Ham and Cheese Overload

>> Thursday, February 18, 2010

I give this pizza a two thumbs up!

Hubby bought this for our son as he was badgering him for some pizza but because we are decreasing our son's fast food intake, he decided on getting a double thin crust one, and because our son wants his pizza with nothing but meat on it, he decided on getting Triple Ham and Cheese Overload. The problem with Greenwich-MC Square branch version was - it had some onions on it, luckily, my bebe was sleeping when dada came home so I was able to pick the onions one by one and it looked like there never was any onion on it when he woke up *grins*.

Though I only had a slice as my son kinda swept it, I can honestly say that it was good, really, really good!

According to Greenwich's website: Triple Ham and Cheese Overload is overflowing with 3 types of premium hams and cheeses - Chinese ham, Pastrami ham and Country ham; quezo de bola, mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. It comes in rolled-edge thick crust (double, family and 18" blowout) and thin and crispy crust (double, family and party square), prices varies accordingly; the one that hubby brought home cost 239 pesos.

About Me

I am a wife to the sweetest person on Earth and a mother to the cutest baby boy in the planet. I love reading literary books but I have an addiction in contemporary/renaissance romance novels. I am a video game aficionado in the truest sense of the word. I love to travel the world, if and only given the opportunity. I don't know how to cook (but I'm slowly learning) so there's a fascination with take-outs and dine-ins. I could go on and on but I guess you had enough *lol*.
