Goldilocks Cheese Roll

Sorry, I thought I just uploaded the picture and saved it as a draft, I am shock to find it posted, I don't even know what to click anymore *lol*.

I think Cheese Roll is a new offering of Goldilocks, I haven't seen them on the shelves before, but I don't think they are advertising it, unlike that of Red Ribbon which I have to grab one of these days. We bought these yummy goodies a month ago and I kind of forgot how much it cost already. My verdict? It passed, even my son loves it and he seldom take into a liking of pastries and bread.

It's great as a snack, as a baon for school, or just something to nibble on in between meals. I used to buy cheese rolls from Julie's, now I have another option, hurray to Goldilocks!

Goldilocks' Brazo de Mercedes

My family went out two weekends ago, leaving me and the baby behind, to unwind and have fun. They came back with a Goldilocks cake in hand, a whole roll of Brazo de Mercedes, I was even shocked to find out that a roll already cost almost 300pesos, wala na talagang mura sa Pinas, hays.

Sarap yan, isa sa favorite ko, di nga lang nakakabusog kasi puro hangin lang, hahaha.

Goldilocks Polvoron

One of the best products Goldilocks came up with, personally speaking, of course :)

I have always love polvoron, kahit anong pulburon pa yan, ung gawa ng tita ko or ung binebentang tig-piso ng kapitbahay namin nung bata pa ko, ung commercial polvoron na nabibili sa sari-sari store at iyong mga specialty polvoron tulad ng sa Goldilocks, basta pulburon magkakasundo tayo, hahaha.

Goldilocks Polvoron

I hoarded these babies when Goldilocks had their 10peso-polvoron sale a few months back, all came in packs of two, both the flavored and classic ones. I've always been a polvoron addict so when the chance to have it in cheaper price came, I grabbed it and rushed to the nearest Goldilocks branch in our area, if I remember correctly, I spend 300php just in polvoron alone, hahaha. The photo below was taken when we went home, so most of the polvoron were already gone, when I got those in my hand, I can't stop myself from eating :)

Goldilocks' Hazelnut Mousse

Hubby bought this last Monday when he came to fetch us from Nanay's house, they asked us to stay for lunch and so we did and we had this for dessert. And I was caught by surprise, it actually tasted better than most of the cakes that I had tried these past few months under the Goldilocks wings. Hmm... could it be the start of a more mouth-watering product line from them?



I don't know how much is the exact cost as I'm not the one who bought it *grins* but if you have a few hundreds (200-400) to spare, I suggest you try it.

Ube Macapuno Rolls

The elders (in our clan) decided to have a Christmas party last December 23, but as most of us were cramming to finish our Christmas shopping and tasks, the party was not exactly planned well but the kids and kids at heart still had a lot of fun. I decided to bring Ube-Macapuno Rolls as I don't know what to share, I wasn't able to cook anything though the aunts have been bugging me to cook some Carbonara for them, we were at the mall on that date, sharing bodily sweats with other shoppers as we buy stuff for our son and our godchildren and loved ones, and we headed straight to my uncle's house (party location) for the event, and though we tried our best to come, we were three hours late *grins*.

Our Ube-Macapuno wasn't the only Goldilocks product present in the buffet table, there was a Double Dutch, Brazo de Mercedes and Chocolate Rolls, too. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take a pic, it would have been nice to have a Goldilocks roll parade here *lol*.

We had this as our potluck share in the 40 days of our grandma con Mother's Day celebration in her house together with the other family members. I was supposed to buy Bailey's something (one of those cakes in the Kris collection) but when I saw this one, I was swayed instantly (blame it on Dylan and Anna's love of strawberry cake without strawberries in Fated To Love You *grins*).
